Your Appointment
Crossroads Clinic provides free medical services including pregnancy verification via urine test and ultrasound; and low cost STD/STI testing and treatment. All services are confidential. However, please be aware of some additional considerations listed below.
Confidentiality
Crossroads Clinic has a very strict confidentiality policy. We follow best practices relating to HIPAA and we never disclose any details about your visit or Protected Health Information (PHI) unless you give us express permission to do so.
Note: This policy is not intended to prevent disclosure where disclosure is required by law.
STD Testing
Please do not schedule STD Testing and Treatment if you have been on antibiotics within the past 30 days, as this may affect the results.
Lab Fees
There are minimal lab charges for STD testing.
